Chaotic Connectome is the first microetching ever produced, and is of an abstract neural landscape.  This piece was initially developed to illustrate the depth of complexity of any given region of the brain through designating specific sets of neurons to different reflective “channels”

Chaotic Connectome is illuminated by three colors of light embedded within a custom shadowbox used to present the microetching.  The shadowbox is 30″ wide, 34″ tall, and 5″ deep and is built using a beautiful dark wood moulding.  The shadowbox comes complete with a fader to control the illumination intensity.
