Description

Blue and Silver Cortex is a landscape of the cerebral cortex where pyramidal neurons, glia, and interneurons intertwine to form a complex network for processing signals. Neurons communicate between one another to efficiently integrate information that travels both horizontally and vertically through the layers. Metal powders and gold leaf give the image a misty look, the dappled silvers and wisps of warm tones threading through the splattered ink dendrites.
