Description
As always, spring is just impossibly beautiful and exciting here in Bulgaria. After growing up in Los Angeles where seasons really aren’t much of a thing, the vibrant greens, snow covered peaks, and wild blossoming plums pepper the landscape and make me want to paint spring-y stuff!
This print is a continuation of my floral neuron pieces featuring lilies, a fine flower to bloom atop the elegant apical dendrites of pyramidal neurons. The concept of this piece is in the familiar forms found at different scales, that the macroscopic and microscopic are tied together through the same fractal laws that build our world.
